Well-built homes come from well-made decisions.

Ryan Long is a native Austinite whose passion for building homes began early. While still in high school, he spent his summers completing quality assurance walks for a national builder, learning the fundamentals of construction, the importance of finishing details, and what clients truly expect from the building process. After graduating from Westwood High School, Ryan attended Baylor University, where he studied business management, real estate, and entrepreneurial finance—and met his wife, Emily. Those years shaped both his professional foundation and his belief that successful building requires equal parts discipline, communication, and care.

Ryan began his career in 2004 with a national homebuilder before moving into custom luxury homebuilding throughout the Austin area. It was there that he developed a deep appreciation for refined craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and the layered details that make a home feel intentional. His hands-on approach, consistent communication, and careful financial oversight allowed him to lead teams, deliver complex projects, and work with discerning clients. He later served as Vice President of Construction, overseeing commercial projects across Central Texas.

At home, Ryan is the father of three boys—a role that keeps his perspective grounded and practical. He understands that great design must balance beauty with everyday livability, and that a home should support real life, not complicate it.

Today, Ryan brings more than two decades of hands-on building experience to every project. His work is grounded in craftsmanship, strong relationships with trusted trades, and an ongoing commitment to the families he builds for. Many clients return for future projects, guidance, or continued support—relationships Ryan values as much as the homes themselves.
