Ryan Long is a native Austinite who developed a passion for homebuilding in his youth. He spent his high school summer breaks completing quality assurance and homeowner orientation walks for a national builder. After graduating from Westwood High School, he studied business management, real estate and entrepreneurial finance at Baylor University where he also met his endearing wife, Emily. In 2004, he launched his career into homebuilding with a national track home builder. He soon ventured into custom home building with various luxury home builders in the Austin area, where he found a love for dynamic impressions and fine details. Ryan’s ability to effectively communicate, manage the build process, and monitor financials, along with his high expectations of tradesmen, produced exquisite homes owned by prominent individuals and featured in national media publications. From his latest position as Vice President of Construction monitoring commercial builds in the greater central Texas area, he is taking his expansive experience, knowledge and character, and providing it to individuals dreaming of a heritage home. With an active family of 3 boys, Ryan understands that every build should capture both the needs and desires to turn a house into a home.

WHITE GLOVE BUILD
All aspects of your build will be taken care of by Ryan Long Homes, from subcontractors, vendors, city inspectors, and any concerns as they arise. Before completion, Ryan Long will join you for a detailed walk through of your home with a final “punch list”. Upon moving in, you will receive a Comprehensive Close Out Package of contracts, invoices, city records, manuals, and warranties for your records.
